If you love coriander and gin, this cocktail is right up your street! Tom’s Tipple is a creation by Thomas Dakin gin, and will refresh you after a long day! 

Tom’s Tipple Recipe

35ml Thomas Dakin Gin
Juice of half a Lemon
2 tsp of Caster Sugar
A couple of grinds of Black Pepper
8-10 Fresh Coriander Leaves
Tonic (we used a 200ml bottle of Double Dutch Skinny)

Add the gin, lemon and sugar to the glass and stir gently until dissolved. Add the coriander and black pepper to the glass along with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Add more ice if required. Top up with tonic and garnish with a lemon wedge. Enjoy!
