Apple Fizz Cocktail 🍏
I love a gin fizz or silver fizz (the addition of an egg white). It only seemed right to add One Gin Sage & Apple to this delicious ‘Apple Fizz’.
A gin fizz usually contains gin, lemon juice, and sugar, which are shaken with ice, poured into a tumbler and topped with carbonated water. By adding some good quality apple juice, along with One Gin’s wonderful Sage & Apple, this recipe is a delicious variation.
One Gin’s Sage & Apple is an orchard fresh twist on their original, this wonderfully crisp, fragrant gin is the perfect balance of juniper, fresh sage and crisp russet apple.
Apple Gin Recipe
50ml One Sage & Apple Gin
1 x Free Range Egg White (optional)
25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
12.5ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml sugar syrup (if you like it a little sweeter)
50ml Soda Water
Apple slice (to garnish)
Method
Dry shake the egg white (if using). This means shaking without ice for about 10-15 seconds.
Fill the cocktail shaker half with ice. Add gin, apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup (if using) to the cocktail shaker.
Shake, pour into a glass of your choice. Garnish and enjoy!
