The Best Village Shop For Gin!
You really would forget the milk and bread if this was your local shop! I’m very proud to have grown up in Cornwall and there certainly are some amazing gins from around the county. I thought I would share a bit of local knowledge and introduce you to the BEST village shop for gin lovers!
If this was my local shop, I would always have an excuse for needing to pop in it! Constantine Stores are a family run wine and spirits specialist located in the picturesque village of Constantine in Cornwall. They are not far from the popular tourist destination town of Falmouth. The shop stocks over 3000 alcoholic drinks from around the world, and they have an impressive gin collection!
From the outside this village shop looks like any other, and as you walk in you will find all your normal essentials. However the secret is unveiled nearer the back of the shop… and wow their drinks collection is impressive!
The staff in the shop really know their gin! They have bottles from around the world but also have a section dedicated to the gins of Cornwall. They even have put together special Cornish Gins selection boxes, which are a great gift idea. If you want to have a taste before you buy too, they also keep some open to sample!
We think every gin fan needs a local shop like this!
