Blueberry Gin Smash Cocktail!
The sun seems to be making another appearance this weekend, so here is a deliciously refreshing, easy Blueberry Gin cocktail recipe for you to try!
Blueberry Gin Smash Cocktail Recipe
• 50ml Gin (we recommend Greenall’s Blueberry)
• 2 dashes bitters
• 15ml dry vermouth
• 15ml runny honey
• About 6 fresh blueberries (plus extra couple for garnish)
• 3 fresh lime wedges
• Sprig of mint
• Tonic water to top (we recommend Schweppes 1873 Light)
Method:
Add the bitters, blueberries and limes into your glass – muddle them. Add the gin, dry vermouth, honey and stir. Add some ice cubes and top up with tonic. Garnish with mint and a couple more blueberries. ENJOY!
