So we love gin (obviously) and we also love chocolate, so when we saw these Gin & Tonic truffles that you can make at home we knew you’d love them too!

They’re pretty simple and easy to make and taste delicious!

You’ll need the following:

• 200g Dark Chocolate     – 2 tbsp Double Cream   – 2 tbsp Gin   – 1 tbsp Tonic   – 1/2 Lime Juice & 1/2 Lime Zest   – 50g Butter    & some White Chocolate
