ILoveGin was invited to fly over to Middleton, near Cork, Ireland, to check out the launch of a new gin at “The Microdistillery, Middleton”. With Holly the Gintern unable to make it, Toby the Founder snapped up the chance instead (and took the opportunity to interview their Apprentice Distiller, as well as being one of the first to taste the new gin. Always a pleasure!)
I recently visited Langley Distillery to find out more about their own brand of gin, Palmer’s Gin. Master Distiller Rob Dorsett showed me around and informed me he has made around 500 different gins! Wow, now that is some experience!
Last month I was invited to take a look around Copper River Distillery in Chatham, Kent. I had already tried their delicious Dockyard Gin, so was very excited! Let me tell you why this is such a amazing distillery to visit!
A couple of weeks ago I was very lucky and visited the new distillery of Hayman’s Gin! They have recently re-branded their bottles and have moved from Essex to Balham. The distillery is absolutely beautiful and you can also go for a visit!
I was recently invited by Didsbury Gin to their launch party! This was to celebrate their new stunning branding and gin menu at Innside by Melia hotel in Manchester. We also played gin-fuelled golf, which is an strange but amazing combination…
I was very lucky to be shown around Masons Gin distillery in Yorkshire. The best bit was I actually saw the ILoveGin box bottles being filled with delicious gin!
What an incredible location for distilling gin! Newton House Gin is set on the grounds of this beautiful house with 60 acres of garden in South Somerset. I went to visit and fell in love with not only the scenery but their delicious gin too!
