Clementines remind me of Christmas, and this Ginato Clementino Gin cocktail is just perfect for this time of year!

I loved the sound of this cocktail by Ginato, so gave it a go! It really is delicious.
50ml Ginato Clementino Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
Dry shake the egg white (without ice).
Shake the rest of the ingredients and fine strain into a Martini cocktail glass, garnish with a clementine wedge.
