Here’s How To Make Gin & Tonic Marshmallows

The love for gin has really grown in the last few years, but no matter if you’ve loved it for twenty years or you’ve only recently got into it, you’ll love this little treat of a recipe. We stumbled across this wonderful Gin & Tonic marshmallow recipe the other week and realised it sounds like something we know any gin lover would want to know about it.

Firstly, if you’ve never tried homemade marshmallows and only tried shop bought ones, then you’re about to learn that there is a big difference and we will be shocked if you don’t prefer the homemade ones, plus by making them at home you know exactly what goes into them and you can play around with flavours, sizes, shapes and colours.

This particular recipe will take 20-30 minutes of preparation and you’ll need to leave them for 4-6 hours before you can eat them, the ingredients you’ll need include gelatine, eggs, tonic water, sugar, gin , lime, sugar and cornflour.
