Gin Chilli Chocolate Mousse!
Colonsay Gin recommend a garnish of green chilli in their G&T… so a gin, chilli chocolate mousse seemed perfect! Only 4 ingredients, very quick and super super tasty.
I couldn’t believe how quick and easy this recipe was. If the green chilli scares you a little, don’t worry! It just gives a wonderful warmth at the end of each mouthful, so isn’t spicy! When I filmed the recipe video, I had only chilled the mousse for a couple of hours. The longer you leave it, the more moussey/bubbly it becomes. Try and leave it overnight if you can.
Gin Chilli Chcolate Mousse Recipe
