Gin & Ginger Recipe

Ingredients for icing

  • 200g icing sugar
  • 30/40ml Old Tom Gin (we recommend Boatyard)
  • Good splash of ginger ale (we recommend Franklin & Sons)

Mix all together until smooth! Add slowly so it doesn’t go too runny.

Drizzle on top of your favourite gingerbread biscuit recipe. I recommend using a recipe which has Black Treacle or Golden Syrup in it… like this one!
