GIN-ger biscuits!
Boatyard Old Tom Gin works beautifully with Ginger Ale (especially Franklin & Sons). Try out this icing over your favourite ginger biscuit recipe…. delicious! These ginger bread people are strictly for adults! 😉
Adding this delicious gin and ginger ale to icing sugar creates the most delicious topping!
Gin & Ginger Recipe
Ingredients for icing
- 200g icing sugar
- 30/40ml Old Tom Gin (we recommend Boatyard)
- Good splash of ginger ale (we recommend Franklin & Sons)
Mix all together until smooth! Add slowly so it doesn’t go too runny.
Drizzle on top of your favourite gingerbread biscuit recipe. I recommend using a recipe which has Black Treacle or Golden Syrup in it… like this one!
