Remember sipping a Coke Float when you were a child? Well this is 100% better! Particularly with Malfy Con Arancia (Blood Orange) Gin. You need to try this recipe at your next Summer BBQ!
Malfy G&T Float Recipe
50ml Malfy Con Arancia Gin- 100-200ml Tonic Water (we used Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic)
- Scoop of good quality Vanilla Ice-Cream
- One slice and a little peel of an orange
- Reusable or paper straw
Add orange peel and then scoop of ice-cream into a glass or old jam jar.
Pour over your gin and slowly add the tonic (you don’t want it to froth everywhere too much!)
Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy through your reusable straw!
