St George’s Day Cocktail (or to fix a hangover)!
The Red Snapper is a gin lovers Bloody Mary! There are many tasty, red cocktails that are perfect to celebrate St George’s Day, but this one is created with brunch in mind. This will certainly kick start your week!
How to make a Red Snapper
50ml Gin (we recommend using Pickering’s Gin)
150ml tomato juice
15ml lemon juice
6 drops Worcestershire sauce
A few dashes of Tabasco sauce (however hot you like it)
1 pinch of celery salt
2 grinds of black pepper
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your glass. Garnish with half a celery stick and lemon peel. Enjoy!
