Strawberry & Pink Pepper Gin Fizz 🍓

This strawberry gin cocktail is perfect for those sunny days in the garden. Super easy to make and delicious!

Copperfield London Dry Gin Volume Two is juniper-led and exceptionally smooth with fragrant floral notes and subtle hints of spice. Botanicals include Pink Peppercorns, Cubeb Berries, Rose Petals, Hibiscus, Elderflower and Lavender. It works wonderfully with Merchant’s Heart Pink Peppercorn tonic water. I had garnished my G&Ts with different berries, and strawberries tasted amazing. Therefore this recipe seemed a no brainer! I hope you enjoy it…

2 tsp caster sugar
50ml Copperfield Volume Two Gin
25ml fresh lime juice
Merchant’s Heart Pink Peppercorn Tonic Water

1. Put your hulled strawberries in a cocktail shaker with the sugar. Muddle/crush with the end of a rolling pin or a muddling stick.

2. Add lime juice and gin, then fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well until cold, then double strain into a glass. Top up with the tonic water and decorate with a strawberry slice or lime wedge.
