Tarquin’s Gin, Grapefruit & Thyme Ice Cream ! An oldie but a goodie! I posted this recipe a couple of years ago (before I was the Gintern) and now thought I would re-share it! It’s never too cold for ice-cream… especially if you’re eating it cosied up by a nice warm fire!
Trevethan Gin uses their traditional family recipe perfected in the 1920s by Norman Trevethan! With some botanicals sourced form their very own hedgerows in the Cornish countryside…. this is definitely a gin you need to try!
