A vintage tea room with a choice of over 300 gins! Dolly’s in Falmouth, Cornwall has to be the best place to visit for a gin afternoon tea treat!
I may be a little biased because I used to work at Dolly’s, but it really is a wonderful setting with such an impressive (ever-growing) selection of gin! This quirky tea room is full of vintage charm and the gin shelves are so enticing. No problem if you don’t know what to choose, the staff have pretty much tried them all (essential staff training) and can recommend one to suit your taste buds.
Gin Afternoon Tea
If you are able to pop into Dolly’s Tea Room & Gin Palace you really should try a Gin afternoon tea! You can even have Pinkster’s famous Gin Jam to dollop on your homemade scone. As well as the fabulous selection of gins to try, you can also shake things up with wonderful gin cocktails in teapots! Not ordinary teapots though, we are talking cats, houses and carousels…
You will feel right at home in Dolly’s and can even bring your dog with you. Dolly’s has two very friendly and lovable resident dogs, called Hebe and Pearl. They both wear pearl necklaces too!!
