Poacher’s signature soft mineral water from Co. Wexford, which is infused with African ginger extract and then given a tangy freshness with their secret citrus blend. This is balanced out by sugar beets and Highbank Orchard Apple Syrup from Kilkenny which imparts a beautiful tannin. The overall effect is a spicy, all natural beverage with an impeccable mouthfeel that is made to pair with Irish whiskey.
