From the adventure of a lifetime, to years of flavour experimentation, Tarsier Spirits produced their first gin in January 2018. With their own distillery now producing a range of delicious Southeast Asian inspired spirits… you definitely need to try them all!
The Story
Sherwin has been in the drinks industry for 15 years. Tim has a degree in Maths and his meticulous nature is perfect for distilling where detail and precision is everything. Together, they make a perfect match to create something special and bring new excitement to the gin category. Like their backpacking trip filled with unforgettable experiences and amazing flavours along the way, their story is one of adventure and discovery.
They knew from the start that they wanted to develop and distil the gin themselves. They wanted each bottle to tell the story of their backpacking adventure and to create a gin that was unique, personal, and full of love and passion. The process of recipe development, brand design, and setting up the distillery ready for production took 3 and a half years. Tarsier Gin is the product of a true devotion to the craft.
The gin is named after the Tarsier, a small primate the size of your hand with big eyes which is only found in Southeast Asia. They are the perfect embodiment of the brand that started from small beginnings and has big flavour and personality!
Tarsier Conservation
Every bottle sold allows Tarsier to donate 10% of the profits to conservation projects that protect the tarsier and its habitat. Tarsier’s first partner is the Philippine Tarsier Foundation on the island of Bohol in the Philippines. You can find out more in the video below –

SOUTHEAST ASIAN DRY GIN
From the white sands of Boracay to the street food of Bangkok, the bustling streets of Saigon and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, Tarsier Gin takes you on a journey of adventure and discovery.
Inspired by the cuisine of Southeast Asia, Tarsier is a citrus forward gin with aromatic & savoury mid-notes and a long peppery finish.
SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Calamansi, Thai Sweet Basil, Galangal and Kampot Pepper
CORE BOTANICALS: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Orris Root, Liquorice Root and Bitter Almond

ORIENTAL PINK GIN
Inspired by our travels around Southeast Asia, Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin is bursting with the floral notes of red dragon fruit, the sweetness of lychee and the tartness of raspberry.
SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Raspberry, Lychee, Red Dragon Fruit, Galangal and Calamansi
CORE BOTANICALS: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Orris Root and Bitter Almond
