We all love gin, it’s one of the creations we can be thankful for on those evenings when a G&T is needed after a long day, so when it comes to celebrating Mother’s day (Sunday 22nd March, in the UK) we think there is no better way than with gin-related gifts! So make sure you gift mum some good gin. After all you’re the reason why she drinks… 😜
So whether you’re looking to buy a gift for your Mum or you’re a Mum yourself and want to give some hints here’s some wonderful ginspiration for you.
We love Tarquin’s and after recently trying their Blackberry Gin, we love them even more! If you are not a massive fan of tonic water either, this gin works beautifully with Sicilian Lemonade and a sprig of mint!
On Sunday the 8th March it’s International Women’s Day! This is a global day celebrating women’s achievements and increasing visibility, while calling out inequality. We thought we would celebrate six incredible women who are behind some of our favourite gins!
The creators of Silent Pool Gin aimed to capture the essence of England’s beautiful, rural landscape. With a distillery on the bank of the spring-fed Silent Pool, along with 24 unique botanicals…they have definitely succeeded! Not to mention the bottle design is extremely eye-catching! 😍
Fruity gins are so popular and this one is definitely one to try! Plum is part of the rose family alongside cherries, apples and pears. It’s no wonder that J.J Whitley Plum Gin can be enjoyed in a number of delicious ways…
Blood orange season is here! These oranges are beautifully coloured, sweet, and well worth enjoying during their short season! We know the perfect gin to celebrate! English distiller J.J Whitley have a delicious Blood Orange edition that you just need to try!
Often the best ideas develop when least expected and Little Bird Gin is no exception. Food, laughter and cocktails brought a group of good friends together one night in Peckham Rye, London. What a delicious gin this is! You just have to try it…
Because we have been drinking a lot of Gin lately, mass-production and the consequent standardisation of flavours has become the norm to satisfy our thirst for this juniper based spirit. Tarquin brought back the beauty of craftsmanship and we are VERY grateful for it! This gin is produced in tiny batches on the coast of north Cornwall and every batch has a slightly different flavour. Unbottling Tarquin’s gin is pretty much like opening a Kinder egg, you never know what surprise you are going to get but it never disappoints 😉
