This Mint Julep recipe from Surrey Copper Distillery is so refreshing! It works perfectly with their Copperfield Volume One and topped up with Lixir Refreshingly Light.
Gin mint Julep recipe
25ml – 50ml Copperfield London Dry Gin
Crushed Ice
Freshly squeezed lime juice (half a lime per drink)
1 tsp of sugar
A few mint leaves
Method
Pour the gin over ice in a glass (single or double depending on how strong you would like it!)
Add freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar, mint leaves and stir well.
Top with tonic water and garnish with a little bit more mint and a lime wedge.
