Crafted in small batches within a copper pot still, our gin draws inspiration from historical recipes discovered in library archives, featuring a harmonious blend of botanicals including Juniper Berries, Orris Root, Angelica, Lemon Peel, Coriander, Pink Peppercorns, Cubeb Berries, Rose Petals, Hibiscus, Elderflower, and Lavender. Through gentle distillation, the spirit vapours interact with our carefully selected botanical blend, resulting in fragrant flavors and aromas that define our uniquely elegant gin.
