Crafted in small batches within a copper pot still, our gin draws inspiration from historical recipes found in library archives, featuring a carefully curated blend of botanicals including Juniper Berries, Orris Root, Angelica, Liquorice, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Cloves, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Sage, Rosemary, Wormwood, and Bitter Orange Peel. Through a gentle distillation process, the spirit vapours interact with these botanicals, resulting in fragrant flavors and aromas that define our elegant gin.
