Tarquin’s Gin, Grapefruit & Thyme Ice Cream ! An oldie but a goodie! I posted this recipe a couple of years ago (before I was the Gintern) and now thought I would re-share it! It’s never too cold for ice-cream… especially if you’re eating it cosied up by a nice warm fire!
A delicious twist on a Lemon Drizzle! Perfect with a London Dry Gin like Trevethan or Holly’s. Navas Tonic water pairs wonderfully with the gin in the drizzle topping too!
Make your next Negroni a Cornish one…with Trevethan Gin, Cornish Aperitif and Cornish Rosé Vermouth! Of course you can use Campari instead, but this is a lovely twist! 🥃
This cocktail is a gin lovers Buck’s Fizz! Perfect for Christmas morning… and super easy!
I love a spicy cocktail this time of year, but this one is also really refreshing! Boatyard Old Tom Gin works wonderfully with Ginger Ale (especially Franklin & Sons). However you can try this with a London Dry Gin too, both styles are lovely. Enjoy!
Boatyard Old Tom Gin works beautifully with Ginger Ale (especially Franklin & Sons). Try out this icing over your favourite ginger biscuit recipe…. delicious! These ginger bread people are strictly for adults! 😉

Colonsay Gin recommend a garnish of green chilli in their G&T… so a gin, chilli chocolate mousse seemed perfect! Only 4 ingredients, very quick and super super tasty.
Having picked a load of blackberries and receiving Colonsay Bramble Liqueur in Ilovegin.com’s September box…. this recipe was the perfect choice! A splash of premium tonic (like Poacher’s Classic) makes all the difference in the drizzle icing…
This wonderful cocktail is by Chilgrove Spirits for their Bluewater Gin. If you like grapefruit.. you will LOVE one of these! Also it’s the perfect gin cocktail if you are not a tonic lover, as it’s topped with soda…
